How Many Designs Can I Ask?
With our subscription, there are no limitations on the number of design requests you can add to your queue. The Design Essentials plan can only handle one project at a time, the Design Pro and Design Premium plans will work on two projects at a time while ensuring dedicated attention to every project.
What Is The Turnaround Time For Receiving My Designs?
Typically, most requests are fulfilled within one to five business days depending on your plan, with the aim to provide prompt delivery. Please note that more intricate requests may require additional time to ensure high-quality results.
How Do I Manage My Design Requests?
You can manage your requested designs through Trello. Apon signing up, you will be added to your personal Trello Workspace. Your Trello cards will also have links from Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video.
Do You Provide Any Refunds If I Don't Like The Service?
Yes! We know trying a new service out can be scary. That’s why we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee if you aren’t happy with our work, no questions asked. However, once work is approved or sent back for revision this period is null and void and no refund can be given.
