Yes! All our design plans have no limitations on how many businesses / brands you’re working with!

You can manage your requested designs through Trello. Your Trello cards will also have links from Google docs or wireframes.

Typically, most requests are fulfilled within one to five business days depending on your plan, with the aim to provide prompt delivery. Please note that more intricate requests may require additional time to ensure high-quality results.

Our subscription plans offer no limitations on the number of design requests you can add to your queue. The Design Essentials plan can only handle one project at a time, the Design Pro and Design Premium plans will work on two projects at a time while ensuring dedicated attention to every project

No, we do not have cancellation charges. And there are no subscription lock-ins. You are free to cancel your Design Pro and Design Premium subscription anytime.

Yes! We know trying a new service out can be scary. That’s why we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee if you aren’t happy with our work, no questions asked. However, once work is approved or sent back for revision this period is null and void and no refund can be given.
